About Us
Big Wil and The Warden LLC launched in 2010 with modest beginnings near New Orleans. However, their vision and experience began well before that when Big Wil & Evelyn Vielman spent over ten years in the food service & restaurant industry. This is where they refined their principles of hospitality, integrity, and perseverance. Thus, they began catering for Church of the King - Mandeville in 2003, which grew to a restaurant concept in 2007 and launched their full service event concessions company now operating in Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, Florida, and Pennsylvania.
